Runa Laila believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore follows a liberal cancellation and refund policy. The terms are as follows:

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3–5 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant and the shipping process has been initiated.
  • We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team. The request will be processed once the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue at their end.

Such issues must be reported within 3–5 days of receiving the product.

Product Not as Expected

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within 3–5 days of receiving the product.

After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service team will take an appropriate decision regarding refund or replacement.

Manufacturer Warranty Products

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, complaints or service issues should be directed to the respective manufacturer as per their warranty terms.

Refunds

In case any refund is approved by Runa Laila, it will typically take 1–2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer after approval.
